Cafe Rio Style Shredded Pork


3 lb Pork
1 Cup Bbq sauce
1 Can Coke
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Powdered ginger
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
2 Tbsp Minced onion
1 Cup Brown sugar
15 oz Can green enchilada sauce
1 Flour tortillas
1 Head romaine lettuce


Mix all together in crock pot and cook for 7-8 hours on low. After its done cooking drain all the juice and shred the pork. Add: 1 cup brown sugar, 1 (15oz) can enchilada sauce( green) cook for another 1/2 to one hour on low.
