1 lb. pork butt cut into 3⁄4 inch chunks

Meat marinade:

2 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce (this brand is best for this recipe)
4 teaspoons flour

1 onion, cut into wedges
1 cup pineapple chunks (reserve juice for sauce)

Sauce mixture:
1⁄2 cup brown sugar
1⁄2 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons catsup
3⁄4 cup pineapple juice
4 teaspoons cornstarch

Preparation: Drain fruits, prepare sauce mixture. Marinate pork in meat marinade for 1⁄2 hour or more.

Cooking: Deep fry pork cubes in wok for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain. Add sauce mixture into wok and stir until thickened. Add green pepper and onions and cook for 2 min. Add pork cubes and stir until heated through. Add fruit and stir until they’re coated with the sauce.
