Italian Zucchini


3 small zucchini sliced in 3“ spears
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic salt


Place cut zucchini in flat microwave dish. Melt butter and pour over zucchini. Sprinkle the garlic salt and parmesan cheese on top. Completely cover the dish with plastic wrap and place in microwave. Cook on high for approximately 3 minutes or until tender.

Serves 3-4 people
