Grilled Veggie Wraps

Ingredients

roasted veggies (Heather style)
salt and black pepper
spinach or plain wrap
hummus
1/2 c baby spinach leaves

Directions

Spread each wrap with hummus. Sprinkle evenly with spinach. Arrange roasted veggies over hummus and spinach in center of wraps. To form the wraps, roll one end in and tuck both sides while rolling. Squeeze as you roll to keep the shape. Secure with toothpicks and slice in half on the diagonal.
