Lowder's Park City Oven Stew

Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, quartered
8 large carrots, chunked
1 package dry onion soup
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 1/2 lbs. beef cubes (1 1/2” squared)
2 bay leaves
1 can cream of celery soup

Directions

Combine and bake in covered pot 6-8 hours at 275.
