Taco Salad


lettuce, shredded
tortilla chips (Trader Joes has relatively healthy ones that taste good)
beans (refried or red kidney)
hamburger (ground and browned seasoned with taco seasoning)
cheddar cheese shredded
tomatoes, chopped
olives, chopped
cucumber. chopped
green onion, sliced
dressing (I like Italian)


Place each ingredient in a separate bowl and have each person build their own.
