Cooking Wright

Potato Salad


Boil 10 potatoes (regular or red), unpeeled until soft (about 35 min.) Peel after boiling.
2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c minced onion
2 t yellow mustard
1/2 c dill pickle relish with juice
1 T salt


Add enough milk to make creamy (About 1/2-1 c)
Dice peeled potatoes and add to mix
Add 4-5 sliced hard boiled eggs
Sprinkle paprika over top
