Party Chicken Salad


2 cups cooked chicken, coarsely diced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup seedless grapes
2 hard cooked eggs, chilled, chopped
1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
1⁄4 cup halved or sliced, blanched almonds, toasted


Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice and salt; chill several hours. Add rest of ingredients and toss lightly. Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
