Ginger Dressing
Ingredients
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1â„4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1â„2 teaspoon salt
1â„2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Note: I’ve made up this dressing and put it on the salad without refrigerating it first and it was fine.
