Cafe Rio Style Creamy Cilantro Dressing


1/4 cup - 1/2 cup La Victoria salsa verde or Trader Joes Green Salsa (any green salsa with tomatillo as the first ingredient will do)
1 cup mayo
1 pkg (1 oz) or 2 Tbs Hidden Valley buttermilk or ranch dressing mix powder (ignore package directions)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 lime
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 cup roughly chopped cilantro
Hot sauce to taste


1. Place milk, mayo, and ranch mix in a blender. Juice the lime in there too, you should get about 2T juice.

2. Toss in the garlic, cilantro and green salsa. Blend 'er up.

3. Sample it and add hot sauce to taste.

Make it several hours ahead of time to allow it to thicken.
