German Potato Salad
Ingredients
6 c cooked quartered unpeeled small red potatoes
6-8 slices of cooked crumbled bacon
3 chopped green onions, or chives
mayo (according to taste and moisture preference)
Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp. or more
chopped parsley
salt & pepper
oil
red wine vinegar
amounts according to taste
