Oregon Blue Cheese Dressing


3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt(I think I used a Greek style which made it creamier)
3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled(of course you all know you can leave this out)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt


Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate
