Pumpkin Seeds


1 lb. Seeds


1. Soak seeds in salted, warm water for 1/2 hour.
2. Drain.
3. Put in flat pan (cookie sheet) and salt again.
4. Bake at 350 degrees.
5. Stir every 10 minutes until all the seeds are dry.
6. Test a seed every now and then to see if the seeds are red.
