Cheesecake Tarr Family


8oz pkg softened cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
8oz tub cool whip


Beat cream cheese until smooth, no lumps. Gradually add sugar and beat until dissolved well. Add sour cream and vanilla, continue beating. Fold in cool whip with spatula. Place into graham cracker crust (large size if readymade - will say 2 extra servings on package).
