Lemon Meringue Ice Cream


Ice Cream Base:
2 cups cream or heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

Graham Cracker Crust:
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup sugar
6 Tbsp butter, melted

1 jar lemon curd (I like Trader Joes)
1 jar Marshmallow Creme


Graham Cracker Crumbles: Mix all together. Press into a greased baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Let cool completely.

Ice Cream Base: Mix cream, whole milk, sugar and vanilla extract together. Freeze ice cream base according to ice cream maker.

When churning is done, mix in graham cracker crumbles, lemon curd, and marshmallow creme. Freeze.
