Ridiculously Good Chocolate Pie


32 Jo-Jos
12-14 ounces of chocolate chips
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
Raspberry Jam
Fresh Raspberries
Whip cream
Heath Bar Crunch pieces


mash up jo-jos in blender, press to pie pan and bake at 350 for 10-15 min.
Cool pie shell
Put layer of raspberry jam on the crust.
heat whip cream until it starts to simmer
Poor heated whip cream over bowl of chocolate chips and let stand for 1 min. Then start stirring adding more chocolate chips if necessary. Keep stirring and when it becomes nice and chocolaty, add the heath bar crunch to mix.
Poor chocolate mixture in the pie shell over the raspberry layer and put in fridge and cool for at least 30 min.
When done, serve cold, garnished with fresh raspberries and whipped cream.
