Skor Bar Crunch Ice Cream


4 Skor Bars (1.4 oz) cut in 1/2 to 1 inch chunks and frozen
2 eggs
2 cups whipping cream
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk


In mixer, whip eggs and sugar until smooth and thick. Add cream, milk and vanilla and blend. Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze until ice cream thickens Add candy and freeze until ice cream is ready. Makes 2 quarts.
