Pat-A-Pie Crust


good for fresh berry fillings

2 cups flour
2/3 cup salad oil
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt


Sift dry ingredients in 9 inch pie pan. Measure oil into liquid measuring cup and add milk then beat with fork. Pour into flour mixture. Mix with a fork until evenly dampened. Put 1/3 aside to crumble over top of filling. Press dough in the bottom of pie dish and up sides. Crimp edges. Makes 1 crust.
