Extra Flaky Pie Crust

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cube butter
1 large egg, beaten

Directions

Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Add egg and work into soft dough. Press into pan with fingertips from center out with edges as thin as possible. Bake as usual. (1 crust)
