Vinegar Pie Crust

Ingredients

4 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 3/4 cup Crisco 1 tablespoon vinegar
1 large egg
6+ tablespoons cold water

Directions

Mix dry ingredients, cut in shortening. Combine water, vinegar and beaten egg. Add to flour mixture and form into ball. Chill 1 hour. Makes 4 crusts.
