Mile High Strawberry Pie


graham cracker crust

1 cup sugar
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 can of 10 oz. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
pinch of salt


Beat at high speed 15 minutes, then fold in:
1 cup cream, whipped, sweetened

Freeze for 4-6 hours. Serve immediately.
