Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients

1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour (23 carbs)
1/8 cup coconut oil
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
few shakes of cinnamon

2 Tbs of Log Cabin syrup adds 28 carbs for 51 carbs total

This is a single hungry person's portion.

Directions

Mix together it makes about 4 - 6 pancakes (depending on size). Vallard eats it all in one go.
