Hash brown Quiche



*24 oz frozen uncooked shredded has browns, thawed ( I have been using the box from Costco lately it makes the perfect amount
*1/3 cup melted butter
*3 large eggs
*2/3 cup half and half
*1/2 tsp seasoned salt (I use Lawreys)
*4 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded (1 cup)
*4 oz Swiss Cheese, shredded (1 cup)
*1 cup diced ham (I use 1 pkg of Canadian bacon from Trader Joes)


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Press hash brows into quiche pan.
Blot with a paper towel to remove moisture
Brush with melted butter.
Bake 25 minutes
Remove from oven. Reduce oven to 350 degrees
Combine eggs, half and half, and salt. Plalce cheeses
and ham in hash brown shell. Pour egg mixture over
the top, Bake 40 minutes
