Cooking Wright



1 c chilled whipping cream
1/2 c mascarpone cheese
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c milk


Combine whipping cream, mascarpone cheese, sugar and vanilla and beat in mixer on high until the cream starts to thicken

Turn mixer to low and drizzle in milk until well combined. Store in fridge for up to a week!
