No Crust Quiche


1 c cheese - then extra to sprinkle on top
2 cups of other stuff (any combo that sounds good to you will work. I usually partly steam veggies before I put them in to make sure they get cooked)

1 1/2 c mild
1/2 c bisquick
3 eggs
1/4 c butter melted


This makes enough for a single pie dish - double it for a 9 x 13 pan

Mix filling and put into pie dish. Combine quiche ingredients in blender - then pour over the top of filling in pan. And finally sprinkle a generous amount of extra cheese on the top. I push down the cheese just a bit into the mix.

Bake 350 for 30 minutes
