Rice Pilaf
Ingredients
Brown 1 coil of vermicelli, broken up in 1â„2 cube butter
Add 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
Stir in 1 cup long grain rice
Add 2 1â„2 cups hot water
Directions
Bring to a boil. Cover immediately and reduce heat to low. Cook without lifting lid for 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
