Chicken Casserole


1 pkg stuffing mix
1 cube margarine
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 can milk
1 dash of pepper
3 c. chicken, cut up
3 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 pkg frozen peas


Mix stuffing mix with margarine and press in baking dish, 13x9”. Save half of mix for top. Combine remaining ingredients together and place on top of stuffing mix. Then cover with remaining half of soup and so on, until finished. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
