Chicken Pea Casserole


1 pkg. stuffing mix
1 cube butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 can of milk
1 dash of pepper (the more the better in Vallard's opinion)
3 c. chicken. (We usually use the rotisserie chicken from Costco)
3 Tbsp onion, minced (I use 1/3 onion and chop it up finely with a knife)
1 pkg frozen peas (you can put these in frozen)


Preheat oven to 350

In a smaller bowl, combine stuffing mix with butter. Pour half of it into a 13x9 pan for the bottom.

In a larger bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix it all up.

Put the other half of the stuffing mix on the top.

Put in oven for 30-40 minutes.
