Beef Enchiladas


Brown 1 lb hamburger with onion
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can tomato soup
2 T cornmeal


Heat in saucepan until hot. Dip corn tortillas in sauce until soft and flexible. Coat bottom of casserole dish with sauce. Place tortillas in pan, spoon in meat filling and roll up. Place shredded cheddar/mozzeralla on top of tortillas. Pour rest of sauce on top. Cook at 350º for 30 min. Top with lettuce, olives, sour cream, etc. as desired.
