Grandma Andrus' Orange Rolls



3 eggs
2 t salt
1/2 c oil
4 1/2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 1/4 c hot water
1 T yeast


Dough cycle. Refrigerate overnight or 8 hours. 2 hours before serving, roll out on floured board into rectangle.

Cover dough with glaze: 1/2 cube melted butter, 1/2 c sugar, and rinds of 2 oranges.

Cut dough in half lengthwise. Roll each half like a jelly roll and cut into 18 pieces. Put into greased muffin pans and let rise.

Bake 400 for 10 minutes.
