Chocolate Zucchini Bread


1/2 cup soft butter
1/2 cup oil
1 2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk (add 1 Tablespoon to regular milk to sour)
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon baking soda
5 tablespoons cocoa
2 cups finely grated zucchini
chocolate chips and nuts


Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat well. Sift together all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini. Pour into 9x13 cake pan or 2 loaf pans. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped nuts if desired. Bake at 325 for 55 minutes or until it tests done.
