Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients

Boil 1/2 c oats in 1 c water 5 min. Put in breadmaker, add:
2 T butter
1 1/4 c milk
5 c flour
1/4 c brown sugar
2 t salt
1 1/2 t yeast

Directions

Dough cycle. Shape, raise, bake 350 for 40 min.
