Ingredients

1 1/3 c hot water
1 T liquid lecithin (opt)
2 T gluten flour (opt)
3 c wheat flour
2 T sugar
2 T oil
3/4 t salt
1 1/2 t yeast

Directions

Whole Wheat cycle. (Dough cycle and bake in pans 375 for 30 min)
