To Die For Blueberry Muffins



1 1/2 c flour
3/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp powder
1/3 c veg. oil
1 egg
1/3 c milk
1 c fresh blueberries
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c flour
1/4 c butter
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Preheat oven to 400, grease muffin cups or line with papers.
Combine 1 1/2 c flour, 3/4 c sugar, salt, powder. Place veg. oil into a 1 cup measuring cup, add the egg, and enough milk to fill the cup. Mix this with the flour mix. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups right to the top, and sprinkle with crumb topping.

To make crumb topping, mix 1/2 c sugar, 1/3 c flour, 1/4 c butter, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Mix with a fork and sprinkle over muffins before baking.

Bake 20-25 minutes 400 degrees.

Cecily's note: These are awesome! I've thawed frozen blueberries to use, and it turned out fine.
