Cooking Wright

No Fail French Bread (Sweet)


1 1/4 c hot water
2 T sugar
3 1/4 c flour
1 1/2 t salt
3 T oil
1 pkg instant yeast (1 t)


Run on dough cycle.
Shape into French loaf.
Brush with egg white or milk.
Let rise until double.
Bake 375-25-30 min.
