THAT Salad

Ingredients

Spinach
Spring mix or Romaine
Slivered almonds-toasted
Craisins
Chopped apples
Bacon-crumbled
Grated Parmesan

Dressing:
1 c. olive oil 1/3-1/2 c. red raspberry vinegar
1 T. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt
1 T. Poppyseeds 3/4 c. sugar

Directions

Layer on plate to be fancy or mix in a bowl and sprinkle parmesan on top.
