Fruit Tart

Ingredients

This recipe can be doubled easily if you have a larger crowd
CRUST
1 c flour
1/4 c powdered sugar
1/2 c butter

TOPPING
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c sugar

COMPOTE
Any fresh fruit compote you want to make
in a pinch 1 can strawberry Comstock pie filling works just fine.

you can do rings of various berries and then cover with a sugar/cornstarch
fruit juice reduction.

Directions

CRUST
Blend- spread on a 12 inch pizza pan in a circle
bake 325* until lightly brown approx 12 min

TOPPING
Blend well spread over cooled crust

Cover with fresh fruit compote. We usually use Strawberries but you can get creative with kiwi-raspberries-black berries-grapes cut in half-peaches-pears
