Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

Crust:
1 cup butter, soft
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar

Cream together and add 1 egg.

Sift:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons soda
2 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar

Blend with first mixture.

Add:
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Directions

Divide in half and press each on lightly greased pizza pan. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350. Cool completely before spreading filling.

Filling:
16 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat together and spread on cooled crust.

Glaze:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon rind
1/4 teaspoon orange rind
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup corn starch

Cool and spread over fruits

Fruit:
strawberries
pineapple
bananas
kiwi
mandarin oranges
maraschino cherries
