Vallard's Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

1/2 cup of warm water
5 tsp of yeast
2 tablespoons of sugar

1 3.4 Oz Pudding Mix
2 cups of cold milk

2 Eggs
1 cube of butter (1/2 a cup melted)
1 tsp Salt
8 cups of flour

1 cube of butter
1 cup brown sugar
4 teaspoons of cinnamon

Directions

These are always great for General Conference right?

1. Mix water, yeast, and sugar in a container that can hold at least 3 cups. Set aside and let rise.

2. Mix the pudding mix with the milk for about 2 minutes. Let it stand for a few minutes til it hardens a bit.

3. Mix in Eggs, butter, and salt, and yeast.

4. Mix in 6-7 cups of flour

5. Let the dough rise. It should double in size. Punch it down again. Sometimes I just make the rolls immediately, and other times I let it rise for an hour. Depends on how much time I have. It usually always turns out pretty good.

6. Spread dough out and drench with a cube of butter. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and then spread on. Sometimes I add a ton more cinnamon because I have this suspicion it might be good for me. (I think I read somewhere it helps prevent prostate cancer?)

7. Roll up, cut and heat at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

8. When done, you can make some frosting. I just take 1/4 cup of butter, 1/2 package of cream cheese, 1 tsp of vanilla, and a ton of powder sugar. I just heat the butter and cream cheese in the microwave, then stir it all together.
