Cinnamon-Peach Smoothie
Ingredients
2 ripe peaches ( 3/4 lb)
2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup ice cubes
Directions
Peel peaches (immerse in boiling water for 15 seconds). Place peaches through cinnamon in blender and process on high for 1 minute. Add ice and whirl till pureed—approximately 2 minutes longer.
Alternatively you can use frozen peaches and just omit the ice cubes.
Comments: Scott would have one of these every day if Audrey would let him. She thinks he thinks there is ice cream in them—but no!
