Ingredients

1/2 c orange juice
1 egg
1 t salt
1/2 c raw sunflower seeds
2 c flour
2 tsp yeast
3/8 c milk
2 T butter
zest of 1 orange
3 T sugar
1 c wheat flour

Basic cycle, light crust.
