Potato Buttermilk Bread

Ingredients

3/4 c buttermilk
1/4 t soda
1/4 c hot water
3/4 c mashed potatoes
1 t yeast
1 egg
2 T butter
2 t salt
3 1/2 c flour
1 T tarragon (opt)

Directions

Dough cycle. Round loaf. 400 for 30 min.
