Kristi's BBQ Pizza Dough

Ingredients

1 cup water (105 degrees)
1 Tbsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp oil
2.5 cups flour

Jiffy corn muffin. Is!.

Directions

Use kitchen aid or the like. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously until blended . Let rest about 5 min. If you have left overs it refrigerates well and just take out and warm to room temp. If you keep it for over a week you end up with sourdough pizza crust that can be pretty tasty. Remember to use the corn muffin mix u der the pizza while you are building so it slides easily on to the BBQ .
